If you wish to commission William Rowsell to do some artwork please consult his terms and conditions. This is in place to protect him and you during the commissioning process.

Process:

• The client briefs William Rowsell, a price, timescale and creative direction is agreed which is then captured in a purchase order.
• Upon acceptance of brief the client fills out and signs a client order confirmation and sends a copy back to William Rowsell.
• Upon completion of artwork the client sends a written signoff and William Rowsell sends the artwork to the client as stated in the order confirmation.

NOTE:

A Client may terminate a commission contract at any time. If a commission contract is terminated prior to acceptance of the Artwork the following percentages of the Fee will be payable:

(a) The following percentages of the Fee;
(i) 25% before delivery of roughs;
(ii) 33% after delivery of roughs;
(iii) 50% after delivery of colour visual;
(iv) 75% after delivery of any subsequent revised illustration rough;
(v) 100% on delivery of the finished artwork; or
(vi) pro rata if at an intermediate stage;
