Drew says: I decided to focus on my favourite genre of music; DISCO to present my ideas in a glittery boogie wonderland! I incorporated the idea of protection/ armour into my garments as if the clubs would be able to open in the middle of a global pandemic and everyone would be safe while doing so. A key inspiration for this project would definitely be the club kid scene.’

I will survive’- inspired by the Australian performance artist, club promoter, and Iconic fashion designer Leigh Bowery. Known for his flamboyant and outlandish costumes and makeup as well as his (sometimes controversial) performances.
